Did you know a senior Dublin Fire Brigade Officer and uileann piper Dan O’Dowd, was a member of Cumann na bPíobairí from it’s foundation, until the founding of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann, and was an original member of the former Coolock Branch. He is the subject of a CCE video documentary!
