Hosted by Julie Zamudio, this is a trad Irish tune slow session, held the fourth Saturday of each month. This session is a “lab” for practicing and polishing tunes that have been taught in the Tune Explorer Sessions. The goal is to learn core tunes that are played most frequently in local Irish music sessions.  Many of the tunes played at the session can be found on the TrailJams website, and in the Tune Explorer’s Tunebook (a free, downloadable PDF file).

Location: Tualatin Valley Fire Station 65, 3425 SW 103rd Avenue Beaverton, OR 97005 (just east of Highway 217, on Walker Rd.). Beverages (nonalcoholic) are ok, but no food. Follow this link for more information: Westside Slow Session with Julie
